Spoiler Html Code



I've been looking for what I would term as a spoiler tag. What I want it to see a link that says 'View Hidden Text' or something to that effect and when you click on it, then the hidden text appears (wether it be inline or in a popup windows doesn't matter too much to me).
All the searching just leads me to code that works in forums. I actually have a spoiler code setup in my forums at G4TV. Look at the example of what I mean See where it says: Spoiler Alert: click to view --> Show
I want this but just for a website.

I'm trying to make a new discussion and what I'm saying has spoilers in it, and I want to use that Spoiler Text thing, but I don't know how. I've already looked at the 'Formatting help' thing, but I don't understand how to make my text covered. HTML has been disabled, but there is a regular code for it it is spoilerType text here!/spoiler It will look like this. Jill, I use Firefox also and get a pop-up box instead of the spoiler area. That's what happened when I tried to do the spoiler in the Esme area and I guess I got the backslash misplaced as well which made it impossible to do. Got it now though! Thanks so much for helping those of us who are in the 'slow learner' group.
